Charity and Non-profit organizations who want a booth
in the Fun-Fair need to fill in this Charity Registration
Form and click on Submit at the bottom. This is how
we will know what your booth plans, needs and questions
are so we can respond in an appropriate and timely manner.
If your plans change after first submitting it, simply
fill in a second form and re-send just the information
which has changed.
If you are an Adult Charity or Non-profit,
there is only one fee you must pay to be in the Fun-Fair.
A $25 Booth Fee. If you are a Student organization,
there is no fee, but please go to the Student
Group section and fill out the Student form.
This
year there is only one way to pay your $25 booth fee:
You
just come to the Information Booth on the corner of
Park Avenue and Dartmouth Avenue on the day of the fair
and pay the $25 Booth Fee. You will then be told your
booth location. If you need to talk to someone about
your booth space prior to the day of the fair, call

We
need to know that you are planning to be in the Fun-Fair
as soon as possible to allow us to lay out the booths
ahead of time. Even if you are not certain you will
attend, please fill out this form as soon as you can.
